Using DayBright

DayBright is a personal planning tool with an AI planning coach. It helps you organize tasks, build schedules, and stay realistic about what you can get done. It is not project management software for teams, and it is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to use DayBright.

The AI planning coach

The coach makes suggestions based on the tasks and schedule you give it. It can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context you haven't told it. You're always in control — scheduling changes it proposes require your confirmation before they take effect on anything beyond a single task you explicitly asked it to handle. Do not rely on the coach for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; your premium features remain available through the end of the current billing period. Fees are processed securely by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Don't use DayBright to store or process content that is illegal, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
