To provide DayBright, we store the account information you give us (email address, and name if you sign in with Google), and the planning data you create in the app: tasks, schedules, time blocks, routines, goals, and your preferences. If you use the AI planning coach, we store the conversation and the structured preferences it learns so it can help you plan — never more than what you can see and edit yourself in Settings.
Your planning data is used only to run the product for you: rendering your planner, calculating your schedule, and powering the AI coach's suggestions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your task or planning content to train third-party AI models beyond what's required to generate a response to your own requests.
We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for payment processing (Stripe never shares your full card number with us), and an AI provider to power the planning coach. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
From Settings, you can export your data, delete your AI coach conversation history and reset its personalization, or delete your account entirely — which removes your tasks, schedules, and coach data from our systems.
